Some weddings are all about keeping things beautifully simple, and Jasmine and Peter’s Brisbane City wedding was exactly that. 🤍

With just 30 of their closest family and friends, Jasmine and Peter tied the knot at the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on Ann Street in Brisbane City. As a second wedding for both of them, their focus wasn’t on making the day complicated or extravagant. They simply wanted to get married, celebrate with the people they love and have beautiful photographs to remember it by.

Afterwards, everyone headed outside Brisbane City Hall for family and group photographs before Jasmine and Peter slipped inside for their couple portraits.

Jasmine and Peter had organised a permit for their wedding photography inside Brisbane City Hall, and it was absolutely worth it.

The grand staircases, marble details and incredible architecture created an elegant backdrop without needing to travel between multiple locations.

Their classic neutral wedding styling also worked beautifully against the warm stone and intricate interiors. Jasmine wore a romantic lace gown and veil, while Peter chose a relaxed cream suit.

Keeping Their Wedding Simple

One of our favourite things about intimate weddings is that they can strip away so much of the pressure surrounding a traditional wedding day.

For Jasmine and Peter, it meant a small ceremony, their children alongside them, their favourite people and plenty of time for photographs together.

And sometimes, the smallest details deserve their own moment too. 💍
