Yes... But only for our South East Queensland team, travel is $0.88 per km + a $30 fee every 100km.

If you’re booking one of our Remote Teams, there are no travel fees at all.

Yes! We offer Zoom or FaceTime consults for $100 per hour per shooter. This goes straight to our team to compensate them for their time.

A complementary call with Grace at HQ is offered with our Essentials and Extended Packages.

We take unlimited RAW photos on the day. For the Mini Package, this is usually around 200–1000+ photos captured, depending on what’s happening.

Your edited photos delivered in the album will be the amount listed in your package. For example, 50 images for the Mini Package.

The All of It upgrade is one of our most popular choices if you’d like more delivered images.

Not at the moment, but we can recommend some great album makers and print labs we trust!

You are welcome to print off physical copies for personal use as you please!

No. If our packages were any cheaper, we’d genuinely go out of business. We prefer to keep our pricing transparent and consistent year-round.

No, everything goes through our system. We still have to pay tax on cash, so we keep things clean and simple with online payments only.

We don’t offer advanced retouching ourselves, but we have excellent suppliers we can recommend if you want that style of work.

Yes, we love accommodating requests!

Just keep in mind weddings can get a little hectic, and sometimes weather or late running can limit what’s possible. Also, keep in mind that you are a different person, likely wearing a different outfit, being captured on a different camera than the person in the photo.

Please upload any inspo screenshots into your client portal so the team can see and prep for them.

We don’t provide RAW photos.

We do offer the video files, but only if you have an experienced editor who knows how to handle LOG/SLOG footage and has the right software.

If you simply want to see “everything we shot,” the Documentary Edit is perfect.

We usually have two backup teams on standby.

In extremely rare cases- such as sudden hospitalisation on the morning of- if everything truly goes wrong and we can’t replace the team, you would receive a full refund for the undelivered portion of your package.

Sometimes our teams have back-to-back bookings, so we can only guarantee the hours in your agreement.

If the team is available to stay longer, they’ll let you know when asked.

We’ll invoice you for the extra time, and we can’t release photos/videos until that invoice is paid.

Yes! We’re fully insured through PPIB. Let us know if your venue requires a certificate of currency.

Your booking is confirmed once:

1. We’ve received your booking fee ($1000 or 50% of your package — whichever is cheaper), and

2. Your contract is signed.

Once those two steps are done, your date is locked in!
