Some weddings are stripped back in all the right ways.

Robyn and Nigel chose a relaxed Friday lunchtime ceremony at H&C Urban Winery, surrounded by 40 of their closest family and friends. No bridal party. No cars. No elaborate florals. Just the two of them and the people who matter most.

Set against the warm textures of exposed brick, greenery and wine barrels, their ceremony felt intimate and grounded. The winery space on High Street created a beautiful blend of industrial charm and soft natural light, perfect for a heartfelt exchange of vows.

Robyn looked radiant in her modern ruffled gown, walking in alongside her boys, bouquet in hand, smiling from ear to ear. Nigel kept it classic and relaxed, perfectly in step with the easygoing feel of the day.

After the ceremony, guests gathered for a long, shared lunch beneath timber beams and rows of oak barrels. The tables were styled simply, with earthy tones and soft textures that matched the winery setting. It felt less like a formal reception and more like an extended family celebration.

Their rings were exchanged without fanfare. Their kiss was genuine. Their laughter carried through the space.

Robyn and Nigel proved that you do not need the extras to create something meaningful. A Friday lunchtime wedding. A beautiful Fremantle venue. A room full of people who love you.

That is more than enough.
