Rida & Nele's Rainforest Wedding at Julia's Currumbin Valley

Nestled in the lush Gold Coast hinterland, Julia's Currumbin Valley provided the perfect setting for Rida and Nele's intimate wedding. Surrounded by towering palms, rainforest gardens and the iconic mountain backdrop, their day embraced the beauty of nature while celebrating the people closest to them.

One of the most heartfelt moments of the day was seeing Nele accompanied by her brother before the ceremony. Keeping their wedding simple and personal allowed every meaningful moment to take centre stage, creating a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly suited the peaceful surroundings of Julia's Currumbin Valley.

After the ceremony, we explored the incredible grounds for portraits. The venue offers an amazing variety of locations without ever needing to leave the property. From tropical palm-lined avenues and winding garden paths to a gentle creek and open spaces overlooking the impressive mountain, every corner created a completely different backdrop. The natural beauty of the venue made every photograph feel effortless.

Rida's vibrant red lei added a beautiful cultural touch and stood out against the rich green rainforest, while Nele's elegant satin gown complemented the relaxed tropical setting perfectly. The two shared quiet moments together beneath the palms and amongst the gardens, creating timeless portraits that reflected both their personalities and the stunning landscape around them.

Julia's Currumbin Valley is an incredible venue for couples wanting a wedding immersed in nature.
