Rachael & Andrew’s Lighthearted Tamborine Mountain Rainforest Wedding

Rachael and Andrew were married at Tamborine Mountain Glades, surrounded by lush rainforest and the quiet beauty of Cedar Creek. The ceremony took place in the afternoon, with towering trees, filtered light, and the sounds of nature setting the scene. True to their personalities, the day was filled with humour and lighthearted moments, from Andrew’s sarcastic one-liners to guests pulling out mini parasols, funny sunglasses, and plenty of laughter woven through the ceremony.

After the ceremony, the couple embraced the relaxed setting for photos around the grounds. Portraits were taken near a wishing well, beside parked cars, and sitting together on a log by the river, creating a mix of playful and peaceful moments. The day felt effortlessly fun, unpretentious, and very much their own, proving that a wedding doesn’t have to be serious to be deeply meaningful.
